I’m Taylah Bettini, Founder & Director of Bettini & Co.
At Bettini & Co., we believe property presentation is a strategic tool, not an aesthetic afterthought. Every decision we make is grounded in buyer psychology, market insight, and one clear objective: to help our clients achieve the strongest possible sale outcome.
With a background as a licensed real estate agent and years spent working alongside some of Australia’s leading agents, I understand exactly how buyers think, what agents need, and where true value is created in a sales campaign. Combined with a trained interior eye and an extensive network of trusted trades and suppliers, this allows us to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Bettini & Co. was established to provide a smarter, more commercial approach to property preparation. We don’t overspend, over-style, or recommend works without purpose. Instead, we assess each property with a critical, ROI-focused lens, advising only on improvements that will enhance buyer appeal, create emotional connection, and deliver a measurable return.

Onsite Consultation
We visit the property to assess its current condition and identify targeted improvements that will have the greatest impact on the sale outcome.
Sourcing & Coordinating Quotes
We engage our trusted network of suppliers for services such as styling, professional cleaning, carpet and floor treatments, painting, and other trades as required.
Full Project Management
We oversee all works from start to finish, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and managing every detail, including renovation progress, furniture delivery, installations, final presentation touches & payments.
Ongoing Campaign Support
During the sales campaign, we provide ongoing maintenance such as property cleaning, fresh floral arrangements and touch-ups, keeping the home in peak condition for every inspection.
